Children need to be bathed a little differently to adults. Two factors need to be considered, age and charging method.
Before we proceed with an explanation for bathing children we would like to introduce a little information about the life cycle, which affects us all.
Understanding the physiological life cycle: |
|
Conception |
Potential life span determined by factors such as age of mother and father. |
Pregnancy through to birth
|
Dependant on your mothers input. I.e. your mother’s health and environment. |
Up to the age of 3years |
Genetics not yet fully locked-in. |
3 - 7 years of age |
Some genetics now determined and locked. |
Puberty (Maturity) |
The age at which you reach puberty further determines your potential maximum age but still within the period set at birth. (i.e. the sooner you reach puberty the shorter your maximum potential life span). |
Adult |
This takes into account the damage you experience during your adult life. Your degradation factor can still decline due to environmental conditions. (Includes how seriously you look after your health and what precautions you take to maintain your genetic stability). |
There are many factors that contribute to all of the stages above but at each stage it is possible to alter the outcome to the advantage of the individual. |
This information is for theoretical purposes only and should not be held as fact. It is a recommendation. Use as a guide while making slight adjustments depending on what is happening with your client.
